What's the process?
You'll be directed to a short form to complete. This gives us all the information we need.
We'll begin writing the script as soon as you place your order. We usually write 2-3 scripts, each in a different tone.
The script will be sent to you to approve within 1-2 days.
Once the script is approved, we'll start designing the storyboard. Again, this is sent to you to approve.
Finally, once the storyboard is approved, we start animating the video.
You get unlimited revisions - if there's anything you don't like about the video, we can change it.
How does the turnaround time work?
Our customers love our speedy delivery! Unlike other agencies or freelancers, we won't drag out your project.
If there are delays we'll let you know why, and keep your team updated.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
All revisions are included and unlimited. We will continue to revise your video until you are 100% happy with the results.
Who owns the rights?
We don't charge extra for special rights. Everything we make for you is yours to use however you like!

Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds due to the creative nature of this service. All customers have a chance to review and agree to our Service Agreement prior to engaging with us. We offer unlimited revisions so we will work on the video as much as it needs until you love it!
